 R&R Industrial Services, Inc. is fully mobile with service vehicles equipped with tools, hardware and supplies for almost all industrial machinery repairs. Service technicians are trained in various mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and motor control problems for many different types of machinery up to 150-ton capacity.

Emergency repairs happen at times which we are not unaccustomed to handling. Technicians do whatever it takes to get machines back into production without sacrificing the safety of the machine, its operators, while maintain the quality of production.
 

Our shop is fully equipped to perform in-house repairs to include crankshafts, bushings, ram and gibs, wet and dry clutches, brakes, air cylinders, counter balance cylinders, tie rods, drive shafts, vari-drives, gear boxes, planetary gear drives, roller shafts, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Machines and components of machines are brought in to alleviate the travel time and expense to perform repairs which further reduces time.
 

As an independent service company, R&R Industrial Services, Inc.’s first and foremost obligation is to our customers, their production and to the safety of their machines and operators. We have an extensive network of manufacturers and vendors to supply factory parts and aftermarket parts though we are not affiliated with nor do we represent a specific machine manufacturer or product.

  R&R Industrial Services, Inc. in-house machining services to include:

• Custom parts per customer specifications
• Parts obsolete factory using existing parts as samples
• Crankshafts, gears, bearings, screws, drive pins, drive shafts, back shafts, retainers, spacers & more
• Split, flanged, solid straight, conical bronze bushings, and gib liners
• Metal and delrin bushings, housings spacers and other custom components
• Thread cutting of all styles in both metric and standard
• Hydraulic cylinders.
• Hard guarding to comply with OSHA standards

Equipped with inspection tools to measure up to 24” OD and 82” ID, lathes capable of handling up to 44” diameter, radial drill press with table to handle up to 3 ft x 5 ft, and mills with 17” vertical travel and horizontal boring mill to ______. Our inventory consists of mild steel to hard alloys, aluminum, bronze, copper and all other ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Welding capabilities include MIG., TIG., stick, gas and braze weld. 

 R&R Industrial Services, Inc. is capable of retrofitting mechanical clutches to air, design and install new peripheral equipment for specific applications and install O.E.M. updates. Mechanical clutch repairs are performed only when there is factory support of replacement parts. We also perform hydraulic and pneumatic retrofits. We can design and engineering new components to replace obsoleted parts and stay within the factory’s original specifications.

We design, fabricate and install hard guarding to machines in compliance with OSHA standards and operator’s need to continue safe production. 

R&R Industrial Services, Inc. specializes in repairs to industrial and commercial AC, DC motors, and fan motors over 2HP. Our in-house motor service offers testing, rebuilding, replacing and repairs depending on each customer's individual needs. Our motor service offers the best value for your motor repairs in as short a time possible.

Our field services include motor repairs as well as motor controls and variable speed pulley drives. Custom mounting plates to retrofit suitable replacements are among the many services we provide to keep the gears of the production turning.

Unfortunately, R&R does not service pool pump motors or motors for “clean room” environments. All motors for in-house service must have any attachments to the motor shaft removed including couplers, pulleys, and pumps.

 R&R Industrial Services, Inc. gladly assists buyers for used machinery by offering pre-purchase inspections on a variety of new and used machinery. We can travel anywhere in the United States to perform pre-purchase inspections for clients and inspections as a consultant requested by OSHA. We provide detailed reports and, by request, estimates for repairs based upon findings.

Pre-purchase inspections give the buyer an accurate and detailed report as to the conditions of the hydraulic, mechanical & electrical systems as well as the structural integrity or framework. It is our policy not to recommend whether to purchase equipment or not, but to provide the necessary information for the client to make an informed decision and determine if the equipment is acceptable for their needs and use. Should more than one model or type be considered, we may make the recommendation to consider one machine over another.
